North Dakota State Powerlifting Meet
at the Minot YMCA  April 18, 2009
The 2009 NASA sanctioned North Dakota State Championships was held at the
beautiful Minot YMCA. We several new lifters from Bismarck, Fargo,Grand
Forks, Edgeley, Valley City and Devils Lake. We had a host of new state
records and a handful of American records broken. We had some lifters that
could not make because of the flooding in ND. We had very good quality
lifting this year and hopefully they will only get better as the years go by.
